Assimilation and Follow Up Team

• Welcome, guests into the designated special guest area and ensure their comfort is a priority (offer refreshments and ensure they have completed the connect cards cards).
• Provide welcome packs and gather guest feedback via the guest questionnaire.
• Briefly introduce guests to: The church’s history, highlighting God’s work (e.g., miracles, changed lives/lives being transformed and impacted on).
• Available services such as counselling and deliverance.
• Send out welcoming letters and any post-service gifts.
• Facilitate connections with small groups, events, and areas to serve at least when they are settled into the church around the 6-month mark.
• Pray over prayer requests and forward them to your leader Deaconess Moira.
• Disciple returning guests to support their spiritual growth.
